In my 30 years as a geek I have owned one of every case for my technology. I have a vaja case for my iPhone and love it. I have the orbino padova for my iPad and it is the finest case I have owned of any device and design. The design is perfect it fluidly adapts to how you use the iPad. The leather quality is unmatched, when you pickp your ipad in this case you are transported to another level of luxury. From the feel of the leather to its smell to the impeccable design and function, this case takes your iPad to another level. There is nothing to critique on the design and use. It is form fitting, protective, and impedes nothing on the iPad while adding style and an earthiness no electronics alone can exude.
Loose Fit and Stitching Breaks

I have owned a number of IPad and Ipone cases over the years, from Vaja to Piel Frama. This Orbino is horrible. Not only is it loose enough in the landscape mode to slide out, but the stitching on the bottom corner popped after several weeks, starting to unravel the case. This is not ready for prime time, especially at a premium price. Thank you for Cases.com for allowing an exchange for a Vaja. While not perfect, it will surely last longer than 3 weeks. Hope this review guides others accordingly.
The BEST Leather Accessory

I'm with veteran geek on this one. After reading what the other reviewer said about the case falling apart I hesitated. However, I took a chance on it and am so happy I did. Being a woman I accumulate a lot of leather accesories such as bags, shoes etc. This is hands down the best leather accessory I own. Not only is the case designed flawlessly, the leather is beyond compare. For all you high end leather lovers it puts Coach to shame! It's such virgin leather it almost smells like an animal. Also, I went to orbino's website and ordered the carry accessory that turns this ipad case into a handbag with a strap. It can now be carried with femininity for all us girly teckkies. Don't hesitate based on one reviewer. They either got a dud and or doesn't handle their ipad with care.
