I could not rate a "zero"... the "free lifetime warranty" is NOT FREE. You will need it if you want to keep the Gadget Guard Black Ice Cornice Edition glass protector on your phone for the life of the phone.
I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S8+ from the AT&T Store and decided to get a case and glass protector for my $850 phone. The case is outstanding, but the glass protector is JUNK!!!
I dropped the phone two feet and it bounced off my deck, and the glass protector went flying! I tried to reattach it, but that was not happening, as it got dusty. I got the "free" warranty replacement item, but they charge you shipping ($9.95 ground). I argued with Gadget Guard Customer Service until they agreed to replace it free of charge... three weeks after new purchase.
That was about five months ago. I dropped the phone onto my hardwood floors and off came the screen guard again! Now, I must pay for my "free" warranty replacement! How many times should a "free" warranty replacement be required before it really is not free? Why am I paying for the cost of poor adhesives and design quality? This product is NOT GUARANTEED to perform as described on their website; the warranty is not "free", and the product is not worth the price they charge!
If you are looking for a high priced bullet-proof glass protector that remains solid in place on your expensive mobile device, Gadget Guard Black Ice Cornice Edition is NOT WHAT YOU WANT!!!!
P.S. The case I bought is Piccadilly ($40). The glass guard was $45... spend the time reviewing Gadget Guard covers before you buy a "lifetime replacement warranty", because it is NOT FREE COVERAGE!!
