Get it anywhere else!

The product itself was fine. But the process getting it through this company was ridiculous. They didn't have many options in colors other than black and everytime I hit order I'd get an email saying that they were out of that case and try to offer me a different one. After a lot of back-and-forth finally they sent me a case that was not the one I picked but the replacement one since they were out of the one that I wanted it was a fine case but it took too long to get here and I spent $40 something all together. I got on Amazon and bought one that was a better color and it was about $9 and I also got a glass protective screen cover for a couple more dollars and it was here within 2 days it got here before the other cases did and that is the one I'm using on my phone so now I have two other cases just chilling it's too much of a hassle to return them so I'll try to find someone to give them away to. Waste of time and money.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product must be unused and in original product packaging. Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA requests must be submitted by the customer via “My Account” section by logging into your account and clicking on “Completed Orders” and following the instructions for returns. If you did not create an account upon checkout, please fill out Return Request Form by clicking here. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days of the original purchase shipping date. Authorized refunds will be made for the original invoice price of the item; shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. The customer will be responsible for ALL costs involved in returning and/or re-shipping the product.
