At first glance I was delighted however, the case does not fulfill it’s intended purpose. The gorgeous ostrich leather stops at appearance. It’s only job is to act as a stand and protection for the iPod. It does neither. Within less than a minute, the part adhered to the top portion of the iPod releases its hold. The tiny leather strip is less than adequate to act as a stand. Do not waste your money.

RMA requests must be submitted by the customer via “My Account” section by logging into your account and clicking on “Completed Orders” and following the instructions for returns.
