Good customer service from cases.com on this product. Wasn't completely satisfied with my original purchase, and they handled the customer service return aspect quickly and efficiently...would order again just based on this experience alone. The replacement case arrived in perfect condition....excellent quality leather as expected for a product at this price point. Received several unsolicited compliments on it's appearance. Form, fit and function are fine and the features are as advertised...still working the leather in as it needs to break in with use. There is a slight bow on the flip cover, but I think that will flatten out over time. Leather flip cases are hard to find for the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, and Piel Frama is a quality product for this application.
